Meeting called to order at 7
p.m. All elected officials
present.
Info reports: Mathy setting up at Readstown instead
of in Stark and change will be made on last monthÕs minutes. Building permits received for two
houses, Danielsons and also one on Buckeye Road (Hanson). June 19 is a KRMB meeting for board
members.
Motion by Richard, 2nd
by Thomas to approve minutes. All
yes.
Financial report and payment
of bills: Motion by Thomas, 2nd by Richard to approve. All yes.
Mention made that Myron Richard had helped repair the grader.
Citizen discussion: None
Info reports: Arnie Hatfield
working on flood damage and getting roads into shape for sealcoating. Jim Haugh
has picked up 3 loads of cold patch from Loganville, 2 more probably
needed. We are out of gravel and
will be contacting Kraemers. Most
will be stockpiled, very little to be placed on roads.
Old business:
Update on comprehensive
planning. Lois talked about working on the large aerial maps and marking them
up with red markers per ID classifications. Next meeting is June 10th.
No update on Ho-Chunk,
Roberta Decorah will be contacted by Marcy West.
Nothing done on softball
field.
New business:
Road inspection was done
recently, concentrating on FEMA work that needs to be done. Scotts probably around later in June
for sealcoating.
Fence viewing on property
between LaVern Barclay and several properties in Lawrence Hollow; Thomas made a
report and decided to go with the old fence line and Barclay will have it
surveyed.
