Minutes of April meeting – Motion by Thomas, seconded by Richard to approve. All yes.
Chairman asked that road inspection minutes be brought to next meetings for approval and also to bill Reserve for fire extinguisher.
Bills approved on motion by Richard, 2nd by Thomas. All yes.
Citizen discussion period. Vickie Stoddard questioned ditching along her property and if it was ok for the town to drain water off the road. She said they had to install extra culverts because of it. Steinmetz will talk to the patrolman about the problem.
Info reports: Steinmetz talked about the prevailing wage law and e-mailing all members of the state budget committee about taking it out of the budget. So far it has not been taken out. He said the WTA wanted the towns to lobby for increased road aids from the state and he sent e-mail to all state budget committee members. Now a possible 5% cut in road aids and shared revenue from the state.
Old business:
FEMA – Nothing as far as any additional checks.

Comprehensive planning – Meeting held today at Visitors Center with surrounding towns ran by UW-Wisconsin. Another $2,000 coming from Nuzum fund for each town to be used to finish up the plans, which is good news.
