Town of Stark Sand/Salt Policy

Approved at the 2026-01-21 Town Board Meeting

The Township does not provide driveway plowing or sanding services except in the event of a medical or fire emergency. For personal, noncommercial use on private property within the Town of Stark, residents may collect sand/salt from the Township shed using hand shovels and small containers, such as five-gallon buckets. Bulk usage via mechanical equipment for loading directly into vehicles/trailers is not permitted.
